Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup roasted unsalted sliced almonds
• 1/2 cup dried apricots
• 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 2 Tbsp brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• Pinch of ground black pepper
• 1 1/2 cups water
Instructions:

Sauté Aromatics:

In a medium-sized pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Add Spices:

Stir in the turmeric powder and sauté for 20 seconds.

Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add Fruit and Nuts:

Stir in the sliced almonds, raisins, and dried apricots. Combine everything thoroughly.
