Ingredients:
2 Red apples (peeled)
3/4 cup Roasted walnuts
3/4 cup Raisins
3/4 cup Pitted Dates
1 tbsp. Red rum
1/4 cup Pure grape juice
1 tsp Hawaj Coffee Spice
1/4 tsp Fleur de Sel (sea salt)

 

Blend all ingredients in food processor. Do not puree, place in a container and refrigerate. Serve cold. Charoset can be used as a spread on Matzo bread or simply enjoy on its own as a sweet treat. It can be used all year long. We make it for the kids as a healthy snack for school.
