Ingredients
1 batch finely chopped parsley
quarter of an onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp. sumac ground spice
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black ground pepper
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. tahini paste
In a bowl, mix all ingredients well. Serve as a side dish with falafel, grilled fish or meat.
Please note: store bought tahini paste is usually thick. Dilute with 4 tbsp. of water or as needed until the mixture is a creamy consistency this will prevent clumps from forming.
