Ingredients1 batch finely chopped parsleyquarter of an onion (finely chopped)1 tbsp. sumac ground spice2 tbsp. olive oil1/3 tsp salt1/4 tsp black ground pepper2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice2 tbsp. tahini paste
In a bowl, mix all ingredients well. Serve as a side dish with falafel, grilled fish or meat.
Please note: store bought tahini paste is usually thick. Dilute with 4 tbsp. of water or as needed until the mixture is a creamy consistency this will prevent clumps from forming.
