Dark Chocolate Mousse Powder
Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa (processed with alkali), Food Starch - Modified, Less than 2% Sodium Pyrophosphate, Mono and Diglycerides, Salt, Natural and Artificial Flavors (MILK), FD&C Yellow #6, and Fully Refined SOYBEAN Oil (processing aid).
Store in a cool dry place, Avoid humidity.
Description: Looking for an easy and delicious chocolate mousse? Add heavy whipping cream to our chocolate mousse powder and whip. Whole Spice dark chocolate mousse powder is perfect for making parfaits, filling cream puffs, and filling between layers of a cake.
Directions: Add 1/2 gallon of whipping cream or non-dairy whip (unwhipped) in a bowl. Add 1.35 pounds of mousse powder to the bowl. Using a wire whip, whip on low for 1 minute until dissolved. Scrape down the bowl and whip on medium till peaks form (2-3 minutes). DO NOT OVER-WHIP. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
