Beet Powder

Ingredients: Dehydrated Ground Beets.

Description: The beet is believed to have domesticated somewhere along the Mediterranean. Beets are dehydrated and then ground to powder. It has a nutritional value because it is rich in iron, potassium, niacin, and vitamins A & C. Beet powder can be used as a natural colorant for BBQ sauces, frostings, cakes, pastas, and candies.
