4 cups Yams, sliced2 cups Sliced onion1.5 tsp Tandoori Spice
1.5 tsp Amchur powder3/4 tsp Indian black salt2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
Pre-heat oven to 380 F.
Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl then transfer to a baking pan. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes uncovered.
