  2. Mix Ingredients:

    • Add the Tandoori spice mix, Amchur powder, and Indian black salt.
    • Drizzle the vegetable oil over the ingredients.
    • Toss everything together until the yams and onions are evenly coated with the spices and oil.
  3. Bake:

    • Transfer the seasoned yams and onions to a baking pan, spreading them out evenly.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the yams are tender and slightly caramelized.
  4. Serve:
