(Makes 1 cup)
1 cup water1 tsp. Turkish coffee (available at Middle Eastern markets) or 2 tsp. for very strong coffee1/4 tsp. sugar1/8 tsp. green cardamom powder or 2 pods green cardamom
Using a Turkish coffee pot or the smallest saucepan you have, heat water on high.Before water boils, add remaining ingredients.Bring to full boil, remove from heat and serve immediately.
