Mediterranean Artichoke Hearts with Turkish Salad Seasoning

Ingredients:

• 12 oz (or 3 cups) frozen artichoke hearts, quartered
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp thyme leaves
• 5 garlic cloves, sliced lengthwise
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 fresh lemon, seeded and quartered
• 1 tsp Istanbul Salad Seasoning
• 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the thyme leaves and sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the sliced garlic, salt, and lemon quarters; sauté for another 30 seconds.
  3. Add the frozen artichoke hearts and cook uncovered on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  4. Stir in the Istanbul Turkish Salad Seasoning and gently sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Sprinkle with ground black pepper right before serving.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
