Turkish Artichoke Heart Salad

12 oz or 3 cups Frozen artichoke hearts, quartered
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Thyme leaves
5 garlic cloves, sliced lengthwise
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Fresh lemon seeded and quartered
1 tsp Istanbul Turkish Salad Seasoning
1/8 tsp Ground black pepper


In a non-stick pan, heat up olive oil on medium heat. Add thyme leaves and sauté for 30 seconds. Add fresh garlic, salt and lemon; sauté for an additional 30 seconds. Add frozen artichoke hearts. Cook uncovered on medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Add the Istanbul Turkish salad seasoning and gently sauté for 30 seconds. Add pepper right before serving.

Serve warm or cold.
