Oven-baked Chicken Thighs

4-6

Ingredients:
2 lbs. chicken thighs
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp fleur de sel
1 tsp crushed rosemary
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp granulated onion
3 slices of fresh lemon

 

Pre-heat oven to 425°F.

 

Wash chicken thoroughly and then pat dry. Rub the chicken with olive oil and season on both sides with garlic, salt, rosemary, black pepper, and onion. Place lemon slices in the pan and add the seasoned chicken on the top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for an hour. Uncover and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until chicken is brown and crispy.

 

Serve with fresh salad!
