Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp fleur de sel
- 1 tsp crushed rosemary
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp granulated onion
- 3 slices of fresh lemon
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Chicken:
- Wash the chicken thighs thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Rub the chicken with olive oil, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Season the chicken on both sides with granulated garlic, fleur de sel, crushed rosemary, ground black pepper, and granulated onion.

Assemble in the Pan:
- Place the lemon slices in the bottom of a baking pan.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs on top of the lemon slices.

Bake the Chicken:
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the chicken is brown and crispy.

- Serve the roasted lemon herb chicken thighs with a fresh salad for a complete meal.
Notes:
- For extra crispy skin, you can broil the chicken for the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste preferences, adding more or less of the spices as desired.
