Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Whole Spice taco seasoning
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp granulated onion
1/2 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp olive oil (for grilling)
2 Tbsp white flour
Cut up the chicken breasts into thin strips and place in a bowl. Add the olive oil by coating the strips, and then dust your hands with flour to thoroughly coat the meat with the seasoning.
Using a grilling pan, heat up one tablespoon of olive oil and add the chicken strips. Cover the pan and grill six minutes on each side.
Serve with a side of fresh salad!
