Ghost Chili Bell Pepper Dip

Ingredients:
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, chopped
• 3 large tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tsp granulated onion
• 1 tsp granulated garlic
• 1/4 tsp cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp ghost chili powder (use 1/4 tsp to reduce heat)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a flat, non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 8 minutes until slightly browned.

Stir in the chopped red bell pepper and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes.

Add the chopped garlic and sauté gently until fragrant.

Mix in the granulated onion, granulated garlic, cumin powder, ghost chili powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chopped tomatoes, stir well, and reduce the heat to medium-low.

Cook uncovered for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes are fully broken down and the mixture becomes thick and rich.
