


Lemon Juice Powder
Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Lemon Puree, Citric Acid, Sugar and Lemon Juice.
Description: A convenient substitute for fresh lemon juice. Add to salad dressings, scones, cookies, cakes, tea blends and other recipes that call for lemon juice. Great for camping.
Fresh lemon juice replacement, which may be diluted to make natural-strength or concentrated lemon juice, is primarily for cooking, baking, sauces, marinades, or beverage applications. It may also be used for dry seasoning blends, topical applications, prepared foods, etc., to replace lemon juice without added water. Product of the USA.
Mix 9 parts water to 1 part Lemon Juice Powder to make a natural strength (pH 2.4)
Can be used as a juice or in dry form. Reduce water to make lemon juice concentrate.
