Lamb Rub

Ingredients: Sea Salt, Chili, Garlic, Onion, Lemon Peel, Thyme, Spearmint, Rosemary, Black Pepper, Citric Acid.

Description: Our unique dry rub is a customer favorite for lamb, potatoes and beef. Rub the seasoning directly on the lamb before grilling or roasting: The spices blend into the meat as it cooks. You can also use it in home-made sausages or to flavor dipping oil for bread.
