Description: Made with dehydrated garlic bulbs that have been minced not chopped. A very small amount can elevate meat, fish, and vegetables dishes and be almost undetectable. Garlic is quite the ubiquitous spice in the culinary world essential in the robust cuisine of the Mediterranean region, important to Indian recipes, and is widely used in China and South East Asia. Minced garlic can be used in the same manner as fresh garlic, which is mostly added to the recipe as an ingredient, and as a seasoning such as a garlic powder.
