Garam Masala

Ingredients: Coriander, Black Pepper, Cumin, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cloves, Green Cardamom, Bay Leaves.

Description: In the East Indian culture these spices are considered "warming" making Garam Masala a good choice for those winter months. There are probably as many different Garam Masala blends as there are curry powders. This blend goes especially well with fish, chicken, pork, lamb, and potatoes.
