Ingredients:
3/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/4 tsp Saigon cinnamon
2 1/4 tsp ginger powder
1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
Combine all ingredients together in a jar or a sifter and shake or sift the mix. Add the mixture to a saucepan of your favorite milk or milk substitute, heat and then pour into cups -- guaranteed to make your toes curl. The cayenne gives a little kick to this zesty beverage, enough to contrast the sweetness of the sugar and chocolate
