Ingredients:
1/4 cup Korean Chili Flakes
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp ginger, peeled & minced
1 tsp Fine Sea Salt
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp fish sauce
Using a medium size bowl, mix all the ingredients together with a rubber spatula until you have the smooth consistency of a paste. Keep the paste stored in an airtight container inside the fridge and use when ready.
