
Golden Milk
Simple. Nourishing. Soothing.
Ingredients:
• 2 cups almond or soy milk
• ½ tsp turmeric powder or paste
• ½ tsp maple syrup
• ½ tsp flax seed oil
Instructions:
In a saucepan, gently heat the milk, turmeric, and maple syrup until just boiling. Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in flax oil, sip slowly, and relax.
