A simple, spiked cider to warm you inside and out.
(serves 4)
4 cups apple cider or apple juice
4 Tbsp. brandy or Lairds applejack
2 tsp. Apple Cider Spice
Half of an apple, sliced thinly
Cinnamon sticks
In a saucepan, combine cider or juice, brandy and apple cider spice.
Bring to a boil. then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add a slice of apple and cinnamon stick for decoration before serving.
