Greek-Style Cucumber and Yogurt Dip with Dill

1 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup fresh dill weed or 2 Tbsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 clove of minced garlic (optional)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup plain Greek yogurt


Simple and easy dip. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve with pita chips.


This dill dip can also be a great complement to grilled fish and baked potatoes.
