Ingredients: Cumin Toasted, Garlic, Coriander Toasted, Onion, Sea Salt, White Pepper, Parsley, Turmeric, Green Cardamom.

Description: Our Turkish spice rub is traditionally used for Turkish shish kebab. Turkish shish kebab is a dish with pieces of meat, fish, or vegetables roasted or grilled on a skewer or spit. This rub would be delicious with grilled chopped lamb and can be greatly used in Turkish cooking, meat, vegetables, chicken, soup, salad and kebabs.
