Thai Chili Whole

Ingredients: Thai Chili.

Description: This pepper is slightly curvy, very potent and typically bright red or deep green, and has a sharp pointy tip. Finely sliced Thai peppers can be mixed with the hot oil in a stir-fry or used to heat up coconut soups and noodle dishes. They are frequently found in spicier Asian dishes, specifically used in Thai Basil Curry recipes and hot peanut sauces. For recipes, first rinse the pods then soak in hot water for 10 minutes to rehydrate or add directly to recipe that will cook at least 10 minutes.
