Couscous Spice Mix

Ingredients: Parsley, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Paprika, Ginger.

Description: This special blend is prepared for making couscous stew. Couscous is the traditional meal of Morocco. Do not confuse the dish with the semolina grain (of the same name). The dish is usually prepared with at least seven different vegetables, which is believed to bring good luck.
