Chamomile Flowers Organic

Ingredients: Organic Chamomile Flowers.

Description: The chamomile flower is native to Europe and Asia. It is an ingredient in many teas. It is known to be a great remedy for many things and is often used to relax, relieve headaches, and aid in digestion. For chamomile tea you can simply bring 1 cup of water to a boil, then sprinkle 1 teaspoon of dried flowers into the water and boil for half a minute with lid on. Remove from heat and let stand another minute. Serve with honey and lemon juice.
