Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup Almond Cranberry rice seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup shredded turkey
1 & 3/4 cup water
Heat up a nonstick pan. Add oil and seasonings; almond cranberry, and salt. Sauté for one minute and then add turkey -- sauté for an additional minute. Add water and bring to a boil. Cover and lower the heat simmer for 20 minutes.
