Mushrooms with Pimentd'Espelette

1 Tbs olive oil
8 oz crimini mushrooms, cut in half
6 cloves of garlic, sliced
2 Tbs parsley, chopped fine
Pinch of black pepper
Salt to taste
Pimentd'Espelette to taste


In a nonstick pan, heat olive oil.
Add slices of garlic and saute on medium heat for 30 seconds to one minute: Dont burn the garlic.
Add mushrooms and saute for one minute.
Season with salt and pepper and add parsley.
Remove from the pan and season with pimentd'Espelette.
