Directions: Add 1/2 gallon of whipping cream or non-dairy whip (unwhipped) in a bowl. Add 1 pound of mousse powder to the bowl. Using a wire whip, whip on low for 1 minute until dissolved. Scrape down the bowl and whip on medium till peaks form (2-3 minutes). DO NOT OVER-WHIP. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
