White Chocolate Mousse Powder
Ingredients: Sugar, Food Starch - Modified. Less than 2% Salt, Natural and Artificial Flavors (MILK), Mono and Diglycerides, Sodium Pyrophosphate, and Fully Refined SOYBEAN Oil (processing aid).
Description: Our White Chocolate Mousse powder is a one-step preparation mix that will deliver a light, creamy and fluffy mousse. Serve it up at parties or simply enjoy it by yourself – no fuss and no muss with our gourmet White Chocolate Mousse Powder.
Directions: Add 1/2 gallon of whipping cream or non-dairy whip (unwhipped) in a bowl. Add 1 pound of mousse powder to the bowl. Using a wire whip, whip on low for 1 minute until dissolved. Scrape down the bowl and whip on medium till peaks form (2-3 minutes). DO NOT OVER-WHIP. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
