Ingredients: Savory Leaves.

Description: This annual herb has a clean, piney fragrance and peppery flavor somewhat reminiscent of thyme. Savory goes well with soups, stews, bean dishes, succotash, cabbage, and sauerkraut. You may also top chilled, poached fish or chicken with a blend of savory, chives, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Savory can be used instead of sage in poultry stuffing, and can be found quite often in sausage-making recipes.
