Ingredients: Chipotle Chili, Rice Hulls (natural anti-caking agent)

Description: By finely grinding jalapeño peppers that were slowly smoked over a natural wood fire, we create a chipotle powder that imparts a wonderfully smoky and spicy flavor to whatever it is added to. Chipotle powder has a long history in traditional Mexican cuisine and in recent years has become popular in the United States, especially the Southwest.
