Recipe for: Carrot and Parsley Rice Pilaf Seasoning Ingredients: 2 Tbs. olive oil 1/2 cup Whole Spice Carrot and Parsley Rice Pilaf Seasoning 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup basmati rice 1 3/4 cups water Preheat oven to 350°. In a small oven-safe pan, heat the olive oil to medium-hot on the stovetop. Add Rice Pilaf Seasoning and sauté for one minute, until fragrant. Add salt and rice. Stir together gently and add water. Gently mix all and bring to a boil. Cover tightly and place the pan in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes, until the water is absorbed. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
