Amazing combo of spices, would be delicious on pork ribs. If anyone knows Victoria Gourmet Cinnamon Chile Rub, this is quite similar. Will be buying bulk in the future. Yum!
I'm embarrassed to say how quickly I go through this but it is worth every penny. Super versatile, especially if you want that smoky flavor without having to add ham or bacon or if you don't want the flavor of chipotle, just the smoke part.
