I am interested in the ground Stevia. Is it organic? I have been buying the white, but was told the green was best. We bought the white in packets, so how much would you use to equal a packet? How long a shelf life does it have? If cooking with it how would you convert it like if a recipe calls for a cup of sugar? We are learing to eat more natural so I have many questions. I would appreciate all the help I can get! Thank you!
