Our story

The story begins with my parents on the farm, growing and then selling spices at a local farmer market. Their dedication and quality control left their customers completely satisfied and of course their name and business grew. Needless to say, I also fell under the spell of the spices and the tradition lives on.

So here we are ready to introduce you to the magical world of WHOLE SPICE. Our company's first concern is quality and freshness and this applies not only to our spices, but also to our herbs, blends and teas. We cater to restaurants, health practitioners and chefs from all walks of life. Our selection ranges from common household staples to rare and exotic varieties. WHOLE SPICE offers secure, around the clock, online access to the world's botanical treasures. We guarantee that our herbs and spices have not been treated with chemicals and we do not use MSG. Our product is also Kosher certified.

What makes us unique? We have a 'ground-to-order' service just before shipping, and thus we ensure maximum freshness and aroma. In addition, we don't require minimum order levels, giving customers more freedom and value, just like my parents on the farm.

Pick-up Orders
Pick-up orders received by 12:00 PM will be ready by 10:00 AM next business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will be ready by 4:00 PM next business day. A separate e-mail confirmation will confirm pick up and stock availability. Call for same day pickup. 707-778-1750

Delivery Orders
Delivery orders over $100 delivered free of charge within 15 miles. Orders under $100 will be charged $10 for delivery. Delivery orders received by 3:00 PM will be delivered between 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM next business day. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be delivered 2nd business day between 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. All orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped out same day. All orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped out next business day. Call for deliveries more than 15 miles from store.

We offer a 10% discount on orders of $500. or more and 10%off orders of $500. or more. The 25 lb. price is 10% off the 1 lb price.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship orders via UPS. All orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped out same day. All orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped out next business day. All orders in Bay Area are next day delivery. Please call for other shipping options.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
INTERNET ORDERS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Check. (Cash for pick-up orders only)

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If you receive a damaged box or damaged merchandise inside, please call us at 707-778-1750, or e-mail us at support@wholespice.com. We will assist you. Please do not call UPS.

At WholeSpice, the customer is ALWAYS right. That's why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for either a full credit or replacement product (whichever you prefer). OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item you order is out of stock you will be contacted by customer service via email or phone. Orders placed during business hours will be contacted within 2 hours of order. Orders placed after closing or weekends will be contacted next business day by 12:00 PM Pacific time.
